All work is performed by ASBA Certified Court Builders maintaining OSHA and First Aid/CPR certifications.

User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when requesting quotes or consultations. You are responsible for site access, utility markings, and any required homeowner association approvals. You must disclose existing site conditions that may affect installation.

Service Guarantees

We conduct final inspections to ensure your complete satisfaction. All installations are backed by liability and workers' compensation insurance. Specific warranty terms depend on surface type and materials used.

Liability Limits

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, permitting, or site conditions beyond our control.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided in written estimates covering surface type, base preparation, and drainage systems. Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Prices may change if site conditions differ from initial assessment.
