Final pricing, timing, and scope may change if site conditions differ from what was disclosed. Examples include base conditions, drainage needs, access limits, or required approvals.
Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote, or a reasonable period if none is stated. If a deposit is required, we will state the amount and when it is due. Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. You agree to pay invoices by the due date stated. Late payment may delay scheduling or completion.
Any timeline is an estimate unless stated as a fixed date in writing. Installation timelines can change due to weather, material availability, inspections, or site readiness. You agree to provide timely access and any needed approvals for the site. If access is delayed, the schedule may shift.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about the site and intended use. You are responsible for obtaining permissions from property owners, HOAs, or other stakeholders. Any warranty is limited to what is stated in writing in your quote or warranty document. Materials may have manufacturer warranties that apply under their terms. We do not promise that a court will be maintenance free. Normal wear, weather exposure, and misuse can cause damage over time.
Courts require routine care to stay safe and playable. We may provide upkeep guidance or optional maintenance programs. Failure to follow reasonable care guidance can affect warranty coverage where applicable.
